Client concerns and needs:
The New Orleans Arts Hub is dedicated to providing a space that is accessible to a wide variety of people where the arts can culminate and flourish at all times.
The end users need a space that will be functional and inviting. Safety is a primary concern due to the downtown, high traffic location of the building, as is the upkeep. The upkeep of a building open to the public 24 hours a day, nearly every day of the week, is a crucial part of making patronage continual.

NOTE:
The existing building is located within the boundaries of the Canal St. Historic District. Any work performed on the exterior of the building is subject to a design review by the Historic Landmarks District Commission (HDLC).
